Rough cost of a good gardener

I am looking at buying a house in Norfolk that has Llalandi (sp?) in the garden. I understand it grows quickly and will need chopping back once a qtr at least. These tree's are 3/4 of the length of the garden and I was wondering if someone could tell me roughly the costs of getting these cut back. Also whether it would need to be done more than qtrly.

Thanks

Not sure about the specifics of tree-choppy people but I'd expect to pay an experienced and qualified gardener about £15 an hour. I think they need to have a qualification to use a chainsaw and you'd want someone who knows what they're doing!

My DH is a gardener and would normally charge around £20 an hour for this type of work.It would be more likely that a hedgecutter would be used than a chainsaw especially if it has been kept in check.

Also 1 good cut a year would probably do and certainly no more than twice.
