Surplus french beans

I seem to have a garden full of french beans atm, which is good because they're just about the only veg the whole family will eat. There is a limit to how many we can eat in one sitting though! Will they still be good frozen and if so do they need cooking / anything else before going in the freezer?

Thank you

Put them in the freezer in their raw state....and as quick as possibly after picking them.

Thank you nlelhluap. What about spinach. Family don't know they like it, but I put the chopped frozen variety in all the bolognaise etc that I make. Could I freeze chopped spinach at home?

I think you can pretty much freeze most green veg....so long as its really fresh when you put it in...I envy you!....we're just coming to the end of our veg....so we're back to buying it now :(
