Help! Buttercups and grass taking over my flower beds!!

They're growing in and around my other plants. Anywhere else I'd use weedkiller but don't want to kill my other plants. I have tried digging up the grass before but it just keeps returning.

There's no alternative, really, to hand weeding, hoeing and being persistent. Grass and buttercups are tough things and just a little piece left behind tends to sprout
