Want to fast forward my garden

It's probably just me.. But I've been doing a lot of planting this last few months of shrubs, climbers & perennials and would love to get some idea of what it's going to look like six months a year or two years down the track. Have I planted things too close together? Too far apart? In the wrong place completely?!! (V likely) My imagination just isn't up to the job. Don't suppose anyone's created some natty software where you can drag & drop a shrub into position and then run the timeline forwards?

Sorry cant help. I just started planting in new beds too this year. You will probably find as things grow you will have to move things about, divide up etc. A work in progress I'm afraid

Constant work in progress, much patience required - which i'm rubbish at.

Carol Klein said on GW other night that her beautiful garden has taken her 30 years.
