Wormery - how do i stop worms escaping?

Just started a new wormery and the worms keep escaping out of the compost / bedding/food section. Any advice on how to stop this. Thanks

No idea, but don't for goodness sake ever ever take pity on them in a hard frost and take them indoors.....

Why would i do that........its a nw wormery as i lost all of my old worms this winter, i did put them in the carport though but it still didnt work

its a question you may well ask, if only I had considered what would happen (to be fair my worms arrived in the dead of winter many years ago and I was scared they would all freeze) I only discovered that worms can escape when I found out going to the loo in the middle of the night You probably have far more common sense than me!
