Grow bags not sustaining plants

I have 5 growbags in one of the greenhouses and all the plants (toms/peppers mainly) are yellowing/curly/weedy. The other greenhouse has a different make and all the plAnts are doing much better despite being later. Other plants in the first greenhouse are ok so we've narrowed it down to the growbags.

The toms are about 2 ft now so I'm not sure we could repot although if they aren't doing well is it worth the risk?

I'm going to move the peppers as they are still tiny

better to repot than have them struggle or not get anywhere at all. Take photos and show them to the retailer.

Which? compost recommends B&Q multipurpose if you go for peat or New Horizon if you prefer peat free.

Growbags not done this year in which?

I've not had trouble with compost but these have been awful. Going to restock on compost & pots tomorrow I think
