Has anyone employed a landscape gardener?

Am interested in how much it would cost for them to draw up a design.Do they charge just to come and see your garden?

My brother is a landscape gardener. I will ask him and get back to you.

I need to know too. Need to redesign the outside space at our house (knock down a garage/hard landscaping/new drive etc)

Sadly not. He's based in Oxford but is in the Czech Republic at the moment.
