Recommend a clematis please

That will flower as long as possible June- Sept.

On a south east facing fence. Colours- blue or mauve, not pink.

Try one of the viticella group. I've got 'Etoile Violette', which is quite a dark purple, it usually starts flowering around mid-June here in Scotland, but will be earlier in more southern areas, and carries on until the really cold weather.
