Does anyone have a solar water feature which actually works?!

I'm thinking of asking DH to get me this water feature thingy for Christmas, but wanted to know if anyone has one similar, and whether it actually works? I can imagine that it probably only works on hot days, but clearly it would be nice if it did actually move the water round occasionally . . .

I have an urn with a solar panel in it - from QVC and around £40 (used their easy payments facility). It is lovely, and makes a nice delicate noise like a watering can. It works as long as there is sun, AND you clean the alge off the solar panel which is sunk into the urn so you cannot see it or have to place it up a tree. I would recommend it but it will not work when a cloud passes over - none of them do. In the summer you need to ensure you refill the water daily when v hot. The birds bath in it and the dog uses it as her own private drinking fountain!
