College not applied for Extra time in A Level Exams

We received A Level exam docs today and discovered College have not submitted the JCQ stuff to gave DS’s extra time applied [for Autism]. They did it last year for AS Levels and sent letters of confirmation that he was entitled to this for UATUk for the TMUA earlier in the academic year.

Am panicking as the extra 30mins per paper is hugely material, esp in the essay based A level. He has been given extra time in all his mocks, in timed class assessments throughout so his teachers are fully aware.

Seeking reassurance that we can get this fixed as it is obviously an admin error on the part of the college? I feel sick.

IPSEA have guidance on this. The official due date was March 27 (from memory) but can be applied for on an emergency basis (not sure on what grounds. https://www.ipsea.org.uk/help-in-exams

Thanks @imip.

Hoping that the fact that someone in the exams dept at the college has clearly overlooked this when doing the applications will mean they can easily fix it. They have all the paperwork and have sorted it in all other exams [for his autism] but for some reason simply did not do it this time. Am trying not to communicate my panic to my son.
