DD is doing the Career Program of the IB at grammar school. She’s studying Biology, Psychology and Sport. Shes thinking about Nutrition or Sports Nutrition as a degree. Does anyone know of any recommended courses, whether they are likely lead to a good job??

Combined with a PT qualification, it could be a good earner. But as a "job", not self employed, I think she might struggle.

I don't think you'd get an actual job from it easily. I mean anyone can sell their services as a 'nutritionist', you don't need a degree. So it would be self employed work.

What about dietician? That's more medical but is definitely a career.

Thanks @DiscoBob
Are there specific degrees for this job?

Take a look at the British Dietetic Association website for lots of info on what a dietitian is, how to study/qualify and the work they do. It’s a really interesting and rewarding career.

About Dietetics

Dietetics is the science of how nutrition affects our health. Scientific studies have shown how a change to our diet can help prevent or control a variety of health problems, including obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
