Has she looked up where you can do this degree? There’s sports science that’s much broader. A job? Difficult to know. She would not be a qualified psychologist after this degree so you need to investigate what jobs might be open to her. I’d check out the cv of people actually doing this job. I suspect they have much more than a degree to offer employers. Has she researched how many jobs are available?
