Health T level - science paper

Has anyone else a DC who has sat the health T level science paper this week? DC just home and says it was a really tough paper with little biology and very complex long questions. I know there were significant problems with this paper last year which resulted in this paper being disregarded. Just wondering what others felt about this years paper. Thanks

Can't comment on the paper content but I work in Exams and the students who sat this paper (NCFE -so might not be the same Board as your DC had) say it was very very hard, and not what they expected at all. The Teacher hasn't seen the paper yet (not allowed until 48 hours after exam) but will be interesting to see what their feedback is

It is the same exam board. A little reassuring then if others have found it so hard/unexpected. Worrying and frustrating though if they've got it so wrong two years running.

Time will tell I guess. I would suggest you contact the teacher for feedback - I would think if teaching staff are unhappy with the paper they can contact NCFE to voice their concerns. This T Level has been problematic. Fingers crossed for your DC

There's only one board allowed to run T-levels, which is arguably part of the problem.
