DS has applied to college 1, he's on the waiting list as their admissions policy states 16 year olds have priority and he's 18.
He's applied to college 2 as a back up just in case, who have offered him a place.
College 1 have said they will tell him if he has a place by the end of August, but College 2 want him to enrol on Friday August 13th.
Can he enrol at College 2 and then un-enrol if College 1 offer him a place?
