Best college / university for computer engineering

Hi,

Does any one know which college or university offers best comuter engineering course either in London or Uk.

I have no idea relating this field of study but my niece wanted to come and study here from abroad. Also it is better to do this here in Uk or abroad?

Is there a particular area she wants to specialise in? Software engineering? Cybersecurity?

Is she bothered by being on a programme with very few other women? Some universities are more diverse than others.

I thought Southampton came out on top this year? The Guardian published a university guide in July/August and we were looking at this.

I think in the uk computer engineering courses are different to computer science/ software engineering. Best to check which one she is interested in.
