Confused about university funding

I’ve looked all over but am struggling to make head nor tail of what I’d be entitled to. I’ve been to university once before studying law at undergraduate level of which I had a student fee loan and maintenance loan. I would like to go into the medical field meaning taking an access course and then the 5 year degree. Am I entitled to any student loan? I see medical students can get a grant/ bursary in years 4 and 5 of their study but what about the first 3 years? Any help appreciated :)

Funding for second degrees is available in certain circumstances, it's all on the website

If you want to do the five year undergraduate course you will need to pay the tuition fees yourself for the first four years. The NHS will pay the last year.

You may be entitled to some maintenance support, and an NHS bursary for living costs in the later years of the course.

Graduate medicine would be a better option- have you looked into this?

If you haven't got science A-levels and are able to do some studying in this area, that will help. There are lots of free courses on FutureLearn.
