So I have taken the online hnd for about 5-6 months now, and I’m not going to lie I absolutely hate it, the tutors feedback is awful and they take forever to get back to you and it’s just put me right off. I don’t want to do it anymore.
I was hoping someone would know if I can quit the course?
I’m paying monthly and was hoping that they would just stop my payments? But I’m not too sure if they can? I’ve emailed them but they’re taking a while to get back to me...
hopefully someone can help here x

Surely you have terms and conditions that explain how/ when you can withdraw?

Found it - no refunds after fourteen days. Unless you can show they have fundamentally breached the contract, you're liable for the full cost of the course.

Purplicious... I was just about to sign up to this course but having second thoughts after reading your post and a couple of others saying how bad they are. Have you given them feedback?
Will you be considering doing another course elsewhere? I'm tempted on KLC but my friend is doing it and said the online tutor is really uninspiring. So confused with which one is worth doing! Really hope you can find a way to get a refund.
