I have seen on few threads recommendation for places on the web where you can learn to code for free. Today I came across this link and I think it has all most important sites listed

Hi, one of my friends is a very experienced coder! She recently started teaching it. She just published her first free course on udemy. already about 900 students enrolled. so if you are interested in web development might work give you a taster. she has just started up, so thought i'd give her out. hope it helps you too :)
