Uni A level adjustment for next year?

Does anyone have any idea whether University's are going to stick to their stated grade requirements for next year? Given the A levels are now considered more challenging surely the grades required are going to be very difficult to achieve ????

It really depends on the university and the course.

Oxbridge, Medicine, Veterinary Science etc are unlikely to go below the quoted grades.

Less competitive courses will still have spaces after confirming places for those who got the grades for their offer, so yes, some of them will drop their requirements.

DS1's offer was ABB but they let him (and others) in with BBC.

Interestingly, his two Bs were in the two of his subjects that were new, linear A-levels.

I doubt it, the grade boundaries may differ to this year's though.
