Can anyone advise how I can complete gcse maths (grade c or above) as a mature student please and how long it is likely to take? Can anyone recommend a particular distance learning company? Thank you :)

Generally you would look at your local FE college and they'll have an adult learning / part time courses section.
GCSE maths and English are normally under that.

I don't know about distance learning options but you need to have a centre to take the exams in.

Local FE college or adult education centre for evening classes, if you don't have maths GCSE (assuming you don't because you are asking about it) it will be free.

For distance earning there a re a few but you will have to organise your own exam entry.

Depending on what you want it for some places accept level 2 Key Skills or Open University module MU 123.

I'm doing a functional skills course at my local children's centre. Level 2 is equivalent to GCSE, and is accepted at all the local universities around me. Best of luck.
