Sorry but the survey doesn't make sense, I think you should get someone to proof read it for you.

Ive tried to complete it but it really doesn't make any sense. It does need proofreading.

I would prefer the option to not rate with stars or rate as 0 as most of the stuff I get sent to me is inflammatory/goady/not relevant or incorrect.

Also a general comments box would provide you with angles you may not have considered.
