I'm 37 and have a 4 year old. I have always worked in the retail and have reached a point where I really wish to gain some qualification and have a solid career. I'm not sure which route to take, a part time BA jobs degree(8yrs) or work based qualification. I already have children and young people's work force level 2 and 3.
