For Brighton/Sussex uni parents: any last minute student housing ideas?

Hello all, help! my son is about to restart at Sussex uni & has nowhere to live. Would going there & looking at a local paper/uni noticeboard help? Any ideas/suggestions gratefully accepted.

There are two facebook groups for Sussex university students looking for houses, one here is a closed group and one here is a public one
