DD off to Uni��

Just over a week to go till DD goes to Uni. I'm so proud of her and she's so excited but my heart is breaking, I will miss her so much. Would love to hear how others feel and any advice/tips

Plan to meet up for lunch if she's nearish? Organise a time for Skype? Be super organised for Christmas? write letters to her, you don't need to wait for a reply. Enjoy shopping and buying little things you could post to her.

Hi how are you doing? My daughter started yesterday and my heart feels heavy today - lots of tears from both of us! I'm trying to hold it together when I soeak to her but it's very hard!! How far away is your daughter going? X good luck to you both
