If so, I might have just found the answer... A friend is running The Space which is a digital arts funder run by the BBC. They have an Open Call for people who are looking for new ideas for digital arts projects. They were the people behind the Drive (Zane Lowe) project and have done stuff with The Serpentine and The Tate so very credible. Thought I would share...
