So my partner and I are considering Fostering. I've work with LAs for many years and with children. We have decided against going with out local authority (due to our own reason/concerns). We have started researching and looking into agencies. Which is a bit of a mind field. I know through work multiple agencies but this only one side. I was hoping for suggestions on Fostering agencies from people who are with them and experiences. I know everones will be different but first hand experience is key. We live in South Wales.

I can’t recommend a particular agency but I would strongly recommend you find an agency with a significant local presence. A local office, local support networks of carers.
Is there an agency that practices Mockingbird care?

Working with an agency without a strong network in your area can impact how close by your social worker is, how connected they are with other agencies including the LA and will limit the peer support.
