Myself and my husband are looking to buy the property we currently live in from a family member and were wondering if anyone had any advice! We are currently planning to look at mortgage advisors as we want to find the best option for us and we are aware some places dont see fostering as an income. Does anyone have any good foster mortgage advisors in Scotland? Weve seen a couple that specialise in it but are based in England and we dont know if they can help as Scotland have differences.
We have two incomes coming in the fostering income and also my partners wage and have been fostering our little one for 15 months with a PO to reside with us being applied for asap.
Any help would be greatly appreciated its our first time buying as well so its already confusing for us!
