What to expect from skills to foster?

I have my skills to foster training coming up. It's spread over two Saturdays so I know it'll be a lot to take on board.

How did everyone find it?

i found it very useful raising some issues I wasnt aware of and expanding on others I did know about. Its a warts and all thing that puts some people off fosteringand others make revelations that will clearly identify them as being unsuited. Enjoy the course but be aware that you are being assessed too.
