I’m quite excited. I don’t think we’ll go through the process for another six months, but I’m really excited about being stand in parents to many.

The process takes many months so i would advise starting the ball rolling. Once you are approved you don't have to take placements immediately but can decide on your commencement date when you want. I would also advise speaking to both your local authority and a couple of independent fostering agencies to weigh up pros and cons of both routes.
