I grew up mostly with my grandparents but on several occasions due to their I'll health and some other things I went into foster care or group homes. I wouldn't say I'm quite as good a parent as my gran was but I'm considerably better than my mother. I've never had any of mine removed from my care which is a start and none of my kids have stood in court against me
