Today we said goodbye to the LO we were caring for as friends and family carers- next month we are back to panel to register for general fostering. I felt a bit sad saying goodbye but she has gone back to family and hopefully they are rehabilitated- if not we have made it clear she can always come back. I should probably say we were friends and family to the child not the family and there is no guarantee will will see her in the future. I wanted to post here, where people will understand, that I actually feel really proud of our LO- from a quivering little mouse she left today with a beaming grin firing off questions about myths and legends. She is a brilliant kid and I really hope the very best for her. I'm also quite excited about who may arrive next month :)
