court over ruled SW decision on failed viability assesment

We are really pleased. I heard from my solicitor who told me that the court had over ruled the SW original decison and ordered the SW's to conduct a full foster assesment on us. so we are being visited in early october. The report has to be filed mid october so should know more by then.

We have been given a different assesor this time aswell so hopefully things will go better for us.

Thanku guys, am really pleased too. I have to admit I felt really awful to get such a good first report but be turned down. Obviously someone in the court room felt we deserved another go at it.

Will let you know how it all goes on.
