Hi DH has just been told that he's posted to St Athen in January, by then my DS will be 3 and baby will be about 10 weeks. Is there a preschool I can get my DS into and what is there to do in terms of baby groups.

hi - i live in St. Athan though not forces

There's local village school wt attached nusery that takes from 3 as do the 3 primary schools in nearby Llantwit Major - depends which side of camp you live on as to which is closer.

There is a playgroup in the Hive on one side of camp and a community house on the other that does different activities

Llantwit has a few shops and banks, a leisure centre, train station and bus station (consists of 1 stop )

Close to Cardiff and easily accessable for good shoppig, the stadium, sports village, cinemas etc.

I don't know much about on camp - i don't think there is much there from what friends have said.

HTH
