Kinloss, anyone got information on the primary school there. Please

We may be geing posted there (job start Sept) so I need to find out about that school as the MQ's are there and the OFSTED does not sound encouraging to say the least.
My DD is in a school that has just been iinspected and given notice to improve so I rreally want a good school if we do move. TIA

Know nothing about the school, but am very jealous of you getting posted to scotland. The area is fab.

We have been up there before,Dh was there for 14 yrs!!, but never lived at Kinloss. Or a MQ for that matter. We always have had our own house ,but will have to rent out this time if we do go as we will never manage to sell quickly enough.
Are you from that area Saltire? I guessed from your nickname you were of the Scottish variety, as are both my children. ds born in Aberdeen and dd born in Elgin.

I'm from the South of scotland, but lived at Lossie for 3 years. Ds1 was born in Dr Grays, fab place, all nice and modern

hi flossie, we have been posted down down to halton, done 3 and a half years at kinloss, youngest son was in primary one there, i agree with the ofsted report, it has got to be the most in sensitive school i have ever come across, so much bullying going on and thats not just the kids, the teachers and head teacher leave a lot to be desired, if u get posted have a look at the schools in forres which is just 2 miles up the road, if i knew then what his school was going to be like i would never have sent him, fortunately he was only there for 6 months and then we got posted and the school he is in now is fab, it is 3 miles away, same again nearest school, mostly raf kids go to has the poorest ofsted report, he is doing so much better now than up in kinloss, hope this helps you xx
