a dance show gets more coverage on the news than 2 brave men returning to the uk for the very last time...........how wrong is that!

I cant believe how much is being read and spoken about John S on strictly and not really a side ways glance to the 2 brave men who made the ultimate sacrifice.......Its really so frustrating!

It's always the same. David Beckham was dropped formteh England team and warranted 20 minutes of the 6 o clock news. 2 Servicemen were killed the same day and had 2 seconds at the end. Makes me cross, but some will disagree

It's not right, is it?

Its always like this though. Two weeks ago the most terrible things were happening in the Congo, the world economy was bottoming out and all the front pages carried the Johnathan Ross/Russel Brand affair for 7 days running (far longer than the Obama victory).

Sadly market forces dictate these things. People buy papers with front pages dedicated to show biz, reality TV and gossip. The media also loves writing about itself.
