She'll be in the married quarters in Aldershot, first time in army accommodation. Is there anything she'll want/need in particular?

Lamps, nice rug, throws, something cheery.

Thanks :) She's a crafty person so has lots of beautiful things.

For future reference: bath mat, loo brush (unless you're a MNer of an anti-loo brush persuasion Wink), reed diffuser, little baskets for putting bits in, curtain hooks, lightshades for ceiling lights, extension lead, loo roll and pizza.

Zenbow and lots of oils.

Useful household goods that can be transferable everything she moves.

Pretty over door hooks, free standing towel rail, pretty loo seat, curtains - any you buy will be better than the ancient thin hideous issue ones, Deep radiator cover if she is unlucky enough to get a quarter with an antique hideous gas/electric fire on the wall, If she has a picture rail picture hooks, decking squares for the back garden - enough to make a temporary seating area -unless she is lucky enough to get a rare left over patio from previous people and boring but essential in most quarters are multi socket extension plugs.
