21 years old. What would he really love to receive? What can they not get out there? What do they ask you to send ? Many thanks!

Anti bac hand wash
Baby wipes
Paracetamol
Mozzie spray
Immodium
Rennie/Zantac
Talc
Sweets - jellies, not choc
Savouries - crackers, cheese sticks, nuts
iTunes card
Amazon/Kindle card
New pants, new socks

TBH they can get everything they need out there, but always good to have a supply of 'nice to have'

I've just done one for a friends son. I put in playing cards, granola bars, gum, rice krispie treats, gatorade drink mixes, hand sanitiser, pretzels, ritz crackers, beef jerky, and a fleece blanket.

oh thanks so much for that. I have done parcels for other countries but not there, and wondered whether there were particular things they are always desperate for. Will get the stuff you have mentioned.
