I have had 6 contractors out this week, each one took pictures of the job once completed

Each one of them has got me to sign the hand held thingy that they had with them, to say the job had been done.
Then each one said they had to take a photo of the job too to prove that it had been done, and that if they didn't take a photo and get the signature they wouldn't get paidHmm.
I asked why they needed both and one man said it was becasue they (MHS/DE) need pictures to prove the work was done.

So they don't trust the occupants then? Because it seems that way. Obviously we are all in cahoots with the contractors to fraudulently sign the thing to say the work was doneHmm

Was the hand held thingy like the one you have to sign for recorded delivery and so on? Because my signature on that looks nothing like my usual signature. So it would be easy for workmen to sign it themselves...

I have had the photo thing before!

The contractor had to take a photo of the space where my gate should have been (there never was one when we moved in)- or as he said "they want a pic of the old gate", to proove we needed a new one! Hmm

Much to my surprise we did get one and quickly too.
