Olives - can't get enough of them!

I used to hate them but recently I've got a taste for them. I could easily get through a tub a day It used to be just the Kalamata but now I love the colossal green one's too.
If anyone's interested, Tesco sell them off at a fraction of the price in the fresh counter if the date's nearly out.

meeeee TOO... how weird. Hated olives all my life (am now 28 ... ok ... 42) but the last year I have become addicted to them.

It's not just me then! I don't know what it is about them - they're just a taste sensation. Have to say - I would chose them over chocolate any day at the moment

I love them, DP hates them. He is disgusted that the kids (3yrs and 9 months) also seem to be hooked!

We get them from a corner shop that sells gorgeous ones in huge vac packs for four quid. Proper black ones, not the nasty dyed type. Try asian or middle eastern shops. Fraction of the price of supermarkets.

love them. if you are near a Booths supermarket (northern, poncey and a bit waitrosey) they have these black ones in olive oil with slivers of garlic in them on their olive bar. They are amazing. Ds loves them too.
