Banoffee pie alternative to cream topping

Can anyone suggest a veggie alternative to whipped cream on top of a banoffee pie? (Other than the angel delight option I spotted in a recipe on here).

I want to make one for the school cake sale so can't use fresh cream.

Thanks

Do you mean vegan? Apparently coconut milk can be turned into whipped cream. Google it.

No I mean vegetarian. I seem to recall angel delight has gelatine in it, but have never been tempted to buy it so don't know for sure as that's a vague recollection from years ago. Anyhow I doubt it would keep out of the fridge, hence looking for alternatives.

I need something that will be ok being left out (obviously sealed). Cakes get dropped off in the morning and not sold till afternoon and aren't refrigerated.

I am also too busy organising everything to actually make cakes on friday so will need to be mostly made on thursday. So was trying to think of easy to make stuff that can be prepared in advance. I can sort the condensed milk out to toffee and leave in tin obviously. So would only need to slice banana, add to base, slop over toffee and then whatever alternative to cream goes on top on friday morning which I would have time to do.

Am now thinking I may simply put a note on it saying 'add whipped cream before serving'!
