Bought a mega muffin tin a la starbucks - so now wondering if anyone has any recipes for ginormous american muffins please? Need to start baking for charity fete tomorrow!
Also I remember last time I made Marslady's LDC, when I tried to convert to muffins it came out all stodgy and didn't seem to work - did anyone work out a corrected mix?
