It is gorgeous I have made it twice now and I love it.
So easy to make and very very filling.
I wasn't keen on the idea of it at first as I don't like soggy bread but it comes out like a huge cooked omlette.
The only thing I have added to the recipe this time is some cherry toms to go with the cheese as it was a little too cheesey last time.
Lovely for brunch on special days although I have made it to eat while watching the football tonight .
