quick advice - can I freeze cheese sauce?

Ive made over 3 litres of cheese sauce for a batch of lasagnes i was going to make, however now dont need to make them - can I portion up and freeze the cheese sauce?

Yes

I freeze in plastic bags in a pyrex jug - then take the jug out once it has set

You can do the same in a tupperware box if you need them to stack

About 1/2 pt for cauliflower cheese tho'

I'd do smaller bags - then you can pick 2 or 4 or whatever if you need to

I probably make about a pint for macaroni cheese for 4 of us, but I don't measure anything. Is that normal?
