Foil containers - which of these sizes would best serve two adults?

I'm going to start cooking a few meals for the freezer for when DS2 is born next month.

Found these Lakeland foil containers but I can't work out which size would be best (nappy brain, totally).

We're vegetarian so it wouldn't need to accommodate chops or anything, but we do have hearty appetites

Do you think the 'C' size would be the best option?

I am not a vegetarian, so I could not be certain, but C looks about right for a decent portion of (meat bearing) Lasagne. I would imagine it would be OK for a veggy one. I just couldn't eat that many lentils or (even worse) chickpeas.
