So it is great value! I buy a matured kelly bronze turkey around 16Ib from a local farm so it works out great.
I finely sliced the breast meat and froze that for sandwich fillings and the brown legs made loads of currys etc for us as I went along.
I have another turkey in the freezer can decide whether to have that soon or keep it for next Christmas.
Cant imagine a christmas without my happy healthy turkey. Yummy!
