And today I went to my local grocery shop to get courgettes. Courgettes are in season so they should be well stocked up. But quite the opposite, she told me 'oh we don't usually sell courgettes when they're in season because most people grow them in their garden !!'. When do you sell them then ? In December ?! And what about people who don't have a garden or, and it's the majority, have one but don't grow veggies ?
Where do I have to go to get fresh produce that's in a good shape, tasty and affordable ?!
