Last night I was doing some lamb neck fillets friend quickly with some houmous and tabbouleh and I decided to attempt a bit of a marinade. It was delicious and I plan to use it regularly with lamb chops in future.
Lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, finely chopped rosemary and thyme. I only marinaded it for about 30 minutes - out of the fridge - and it came out fantastically well.
