Your most successful family recipes?

Or should I say, your easiest, most successful family recipes that don't contain fish or nuts (ds1 allergic) or milk (db allergic).

Dh works most nights so I'm trying to get supper together with db (15mo) hanging off my legs. I usually try and prepare something while he naps, so I can just throw something together when it's time to eat, but am sick to death of the usual stuff - bolognese, pasta with tomato/veg sauce, soups and sandwiches etc.

Am trying to work out a meal plan but am short of good ideas. Please help .

Thank you!

Hi

this is a lovely easy recipe (which can be done without the nuts!) - it's low fat too!

Serve with cous cous and shop bought falafel.
