It's a 1kg bit of beef, been in the oven for an hour at around 200 (but my oven's notoriously random as far as temps go).

I'll eat beef so long as it doesn't moo when i cut it but DP will have a coronary if it's too pink. Give it another 15 mins?

Should also say it started at 240 but turned it down as it went in.

Too late now, I am sure, but you could always pan fry DPs meat to colour it up, or nuke it in the microwave.
Sister-in-laws DP (ex chef) reckons that all beef should be pink and anything not pink should not be eaten. He makes his MIL's extra pink as she says she will only eat well done beef!

For next time, give DP the ends, and yourself slices from the middle.
