I ordered too much double cream on Ocado by mistake, so now have 1 and half pints which is 3 days out of date.
Even I wouldn't eat it uncooked now, even though smells ok. Don't really want to use it in anything sweet like custard either.
Any suggestions for using it up? Can I make my own cream cheese with it? Have googled lemon posset recipe, this might be ok as the cream sort of curdles anyway in it?
